Hi, I’m Shameka, a certified Emotional Intelligence (EQ) coach, public speaker, and someone who truly understands the importance of emotional growth and healthy connections. My journey into emotional intelligence began through my own personal experiences, including navigating the challenges of divorce. It was through this transformative time that I realized the profound impact emotional intelligence can have—not only on personal healing but on every relationship we build in life.
